Jason is a business graduate of The University of Southern California (USC). His experience is colored with management at a moving company, being the eldest leader of 3 brothers. His dream was to become an entrepreneur and retire his disabled mother; which he did by the age of 25.

Jorge Pelayo

Jorge Pelayo is part of The Chairman’s Council at PHP Agency, Inc. At the age of 18, he decided to Vote 1099 and leave his job as a waiter to pursue his dreams as an entrepreneur. At 25, he retired his parents and became financially independent.

Jose Gaytan

Jose is a graduate of California State University of Northridge (CSUN). His previous career as a debt collector created a desire in him to instead focus on how he could help families save and manage their money. He is now the presence of the main offices in Southern California.

Jonathan Mason

After leaving a promising career in sports as a Division A soccer league, Jon found himself looking for ways to use his personality in the best possible manner. Years later as a Bar Mitzvah Host and Break Dancer, his brother invited him to continue working for himself except in a larger industry. He now runs Jacksonville, Florida as a Senior Marketing Director at PHP.

Percent of U.S. entrepreneurs expect to employ 20 or more people in the next five years.

A survey of Americans over 50 found:

  • 49 % Have $25,000 or less saved for retirement. 49%
  • 44 % Planning to work part-time after retirement age. 44%
  • 33% Delaying the age at which they expect retire. 33%

A Bentley University survey of millennials found:

  • 66% Respondents have a desire to start their own business 66%
  • 37% Would like to work for themselves 37%
  • 25% Would like to own their own company 25%

A recent Gallup Poll on workers found:

  • 13% of workers feel engaged by their jobs 13%
  • 24% Are what Gallup calls “actively disengaged” 24%

Meaning they pretty much hate their jobs. They act out and undermine what their coworkers accomplish.
